Refunds and Returns

 

Refunds and returns must be requested within 14 days from receipt of goods.


All requests for refunds and returns must be made via telephone in the first instance

(contact details available on the about page).


Refunds can not be given on special order or personalised items.


A replacement item will always be offered in the first instance.


If the item was posted then postage of that item will not be refunded.


It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ensure suitable postage on any returns.


Deposits for wedding bookings are non-refundable
